Responsibilities :• Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans for both new and existing services to drive revenue growth• Develop and implement comprehensive sales channel strategies to achieve business goals• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and other channel partners• Execute negotiations and complete agreements with clients and partners• Analyze data to develop strategy and business plan• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with product launches and promotions• Cover day-to-day operations work to ensure task completion• Oversee team operations, provide coaching, and encourage the team to meet their goals and objectives. Qualifications :• Bachelor’s in business, computer, technology, or any related field• 5+ years of experience in consumer product management, partnership management, business development, or other related areas• Experience working with business partners and operational outsourcing• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal• Professional proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
