Job Summary :We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Offline Business Development Manager to identify and secure prime retail locations in Bangkok and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in expanding our brand's physical presence, conducting in-depth market analysis, and fostering strong relationships with landlords and property owners. Key Responsibilities :• Location Scouting: Proactively identify potential retail spaces in high-traffic areas of Bangkok, aligning with our brand's target demographics and strategic goals.• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor research and analyze market trends to assess the viability and potential profitability of each location.• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, property owners, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate successful negotiations and partnerships.• Negotiation and Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate lease terms and agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for our company while maintaining positive relationships with landlords.• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on location scouting activities, market analysis findings, and negotiation progress, providing insights to inform decision-making.
