Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Nestopa.This role is to focus on finding, pitching, selling, onboarding and management of Property Developers here in Thailand. Applicants with previous experience and having a pre existing network/relationships with Developers are preferable.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, developing business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company goals. Success will be gauged based on Sales and customer satisfaction.
We currently need 2 staff for this position-
1x Thai1x Foreginer
Qualifications• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field• Strong networking and relationship-building skills• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities• Experience in sourcing and connecting with potential clients• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies• Knowledge of the real estate industry and marketing in Thailand• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Must already be based in Thailandอ่านเพิ่มเติม
