Responsibilities:• Perform daily operation checklist monitoring system and network perform, must complete achecklist to keep things on track• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriateinternal teams• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.• 1 - 2 years or higher experiences service support in Call Center System or Enterprise technicalsupport• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, utilities and scripting• Customer service mindset and hard work.• Good troubleshooting and analytic skills.• Able to work under pressure.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
