Position: IT Director Location: Subordinate : 2 Managers 8 SupervisorReport to : CEO
Location : BTS Phloen Chit, Bangkok Salary: THB 90,000 - THB 150,000/Month (Negotiable)
We are seeking an IT Director to oversee IT operations and work control, ensuring the management and efficiency of IT from all aspects. This includes network administration, IT security, and providing clear IT services and support. The role requires expertise in IT applications such as Navision, SAP, and the development of digital strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO, the IT Director will collaborate with department and division leaders to introduce innovative IT concepts for our customer organizations.
:: Responsibilities and duties• Develop and execute the IT strategy, emphasizing ERP implementation and systems analysis, in alignment with organizational objectives.• Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of ERP systems across the organization, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and driving process optimization.• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems to identify improvements and customize ERP solutions for seamless integration.• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.• Establish and maintain IT policies and documentation, focusing on ERP implementation and operational efficiency.• Implement and enforce IT security policies, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and safeguarding ERP systems.• Manage IT projects, particularly ERP-related initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.• Collaborate with ERP vendors and external partners to integrate systems effectively and negotiate contracts.• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, with a focus on ERP data and system recovery.• Provide technical support and issue resolution for end-users.• Stay abreast of emerging IT trends and technologies relevant to ERP systems and business optimization.• Mentor and lead the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, training, and performance excellence.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives and drive successful ERP adoption.
:: Qualifications and Requirements• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• At least 10 years of direct work experience in the IT industry.• Experience with ERP systems, especially Navision and SAP, as well as other business applications.• Experience in managing and leading a team with more than 10 subordinates.• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and best practices in IT service management.• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work well with others.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.• Dedicated to work, with a readiness to continually develop knowledge and stay updated with new technologies.• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are highly regarded.• Proficient in English communication.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
