What We Are Looking For:• Proven Expertise: A track record in IT risk and compliance, with extensive experience in implementing GRC tools and driving security programs.• Regulatory Acumen: Deep understanding of Thai and international regulatory standards, with the ability to manage compliance initiatives effectively.• Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute strategic plans that align with the company’s objectives and mitigate risks.• Collaborative Leader: Experience leading diverse teams, with a knack for nurturing talent and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.• Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English and Thai, to navigate a diverse business landscape effectively.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and enforce robust security policies.• Lead risk assessment and compliance reviews, aligning with global standards.• Spearhead the integration of advanced GRC tools to streamline processes.• Manage and mentor a team, cultivating a proactive security and compliance culture.
