Job Description :• Identify key operational issues/blockers and engage with key stakeholders to enhance work efficiency• Be a team representative working with cross-functional team to ensure all team has• Been well-communicated and execution has been operated as planned• Coordinate with merchant operation to prioritize smb work• Manage SMB recruitment session and voucher request• Manage case between CS and SMB team
Requirements :• Minimum Bachelor's degree in management, business or any related field• Minimum 1 years of work experience in related fields• Detail-oriented, strong communication skill• Self-driven and collaborative team player, being to work cross-functionally with other team • Being able to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptive to change• Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines• Flexible in working hours (issues that require attention can occur outside normal working hours)• Able to use Excel/Google Sheet proficiently• Experience with SQL will be given special consideration.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
