Responsibilities• Identifying and engaging property developers as potential clients to foster and build relationships.• Building and maintaining strong relationships with property developers, acting as the primary point of contact for business-related inquiries and needs.• Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and performance teams, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for property developers.• Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate leads within the property development community.• Negotiating and closing sales agreements with property developers to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.• Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of property developer relationships and business development initiatives.• Staying informed about competitor activities, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the property development sector.
Qualifications:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the real estate or property development industry.• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and fostering new business relationships.• Strong understanding of the property development process, market dynamics, and industry trends.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
