Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Marketing Manager to join our team. As a SalesMarketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales andmarketing plans to drive revenue growth and enhance brand awareness. You will collaborate closely withcross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify newbusiness opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales and bothtraditional & digital marketing principles, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve companyobjectives, lead generation and revenue targets.• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and consumerpreferences.• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, including onlineand offline channels, to promote products and services effectively.• Lead the sales team by setting clear sales targets, providing guidance, and motivating teammembers to achieve sales goals.• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive businessgrowth and foster long-term partnerships.• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, leads funnel analysis, identifyareas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to adaptsales and marketing strategies accordingly.• Conduct regular sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to the senior management team.• Collaborate with product management and development teams to provide market insights andcontribute to product roadmap discussions.
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.• Proven experience as a Sales Marketing Manager or a similar role, with a successful track recordin achieving sales targets.• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a salesteam.• Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships withclients and stakeholders.• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced• Fluent in spoken and written Thai and English.• Background from Fleet Management System is preferred.
