Job Description – District Sales Manager, Northern Be an integral part of sales field team to drive dealers to achieve sales targets, with innovative ideas and dealer management experience in a dynamic environment. Location: Chiangmai Responsibilities:• To liaise with dealer sales manager and sales consultants to understand the ground information. • Follow up closely with dealer’s sales team on activities to drive sales.• Develop sales/marketing countermeasures with dealers closely. • Conduct field trips to dealers’ sites regularly to clarify on sales incentive programs, check on stock level and guide sales consultants on role play and presentation.• Review sales process and pace setting for sales momentum. • Guide dealers to set up test drive routes. • Capture concise feedback from dealers and update post visit timely. • Ensure dealers to follow vehicles display standards in showroom to be aligned with the brand. • Coach new sales consultants to reinforce training key information nationwide. • Evaluate existing sales consultants’ product knowledge & skills.Qualifications• More than 5 years of automotive sales experience, specifically working with dealers. • Ability to maintain positive dealer relationships and strong negotiation skills.• Proficiency in MS Office. • Excellent in Thai communication skill.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
