Responsibilities: • Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to accurately forecast demand for products across all e-commerce platforms. • Inventory Optimization: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring optimal inventory levels at all times. • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, logistics teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment of stock and avoid disruptions in the supply chain. • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor inventory performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable insights to enhance inventory management practices. • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. • Collaboration: Work closely with the purchasing, sales, and marketing teams to align inventory levels with sales forecasts and promotional strategies. • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to inventory, including slow-moving stock, potential stockouts, and obsolescence.
Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, or a similar role, preferably within an e-commerce environment. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is preferred • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Thai & English , with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload based on business needs. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions and priorities. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
