Department : WEBTOONTeam : Operations & Growth
Responsibilities :• Coordinate with persons in charge of localization to ensure WEBTOON manuscripts are ready on time• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prevent potential bottlenecks and ensure a smooth workflow• Report all kinds of risks and inefficiencies spotted while monitoring the localization process to the project manager• Maintain glossaries and materials related to localization• Proofread the manuscript, provide feedback on localization errors, and if necessary, edit them• Complete other related assignments
Basic Qualifications :• Bachelor’s degree in any field• 3+ years of experience in localization/translation (Korean to Thai) or project management• Proficiency in spoken and written Korean• High level of knowledge of Thai orthography• Task and people management skills• Ability to work proactively and independently in a demanding environment• Can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities• Positive attitude to work as a team player
Preferred Qualifications :• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop• Proficiency in English
