Responsibilities : • Primary: Provide ERP system application support and training to users• Secondary: Monitor and maintain application system including troubleshooting, master data update, and ad-hoc queries• Act as business liaison between users, technical developers• Prepare Test Plan/Test Script and support User Acceptance Testing • Provide system support to end-users from different business sectors• Opportunity to be trained on Salesforce, Sales-Cloud and other cloud based applications to play an end-to-end local support role• ERP support and training to users • Can communicate the issues with users to IT Group team member• Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications : • 3 years or above working experience in system implementation or data analysis• Experience in enterprise-class ERP system is preferred• Knowledge in using SQL is preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Knowledge of finance is a plus • Excellent command of English.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
