Critical Tasks :• Design, configuration, implementation, and deployment of contact center cloud solutions.• Produce and maintain configuration records of customer installation including Architecture,• Configuration, Deployment, Maintenance templates, etc.• Daily operation support and maintenance services. Perform preventive maintenance of• telephony systems.• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.• Coordinating and working with vendors, carriers, and related third parties on VoIP• infrastructure and trunk services.• Be the escalation support interface with customers. Qualifications :• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or System Engineering role.• Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with GCP or AWS, including various services like EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, etc.• Networking: In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, DNS, and IP management.• Kubernetes: Proven experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.• On-Prem Experience: Familiarity with managing and integrating on-prem infrastructure with cloud environments.• Scripting/Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).อ่านเพิ่มเติม
