We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to join our fleet management services company. You will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, managing customer billings, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:• Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.• Handle customer billing processes, including invoicing, follow-ups, and ensuring timely payments.• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to billing and administrative activities.• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.• Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.• Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other communications as required.• Manage office supplies and ensure all necessary equipment is in working order.• Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and other activities.• Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.• Min 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a tech-based-fleet management or similar environment.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Proficient in using such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Docs, Task Management tools etc• Experience with billing and invoicing processes is highly advantageous.• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.• Proficient in English (written and spoken), and Thai language.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
