Responsibilities :• Review, comment and research on legal issues in investment contracts and documents both in Thai & English.• Provide legal opinion and comment to Investment Division.• Provide legal documents and supporting documents.• Follow and study law and regulation related to investment, provide the necessary information and decision support.• Monitor laws and regulations pertaining to the company's investment and give a legal opinion on drafts of new laws and regulations on behalf of the company.• Verify all investment transactions to comply with laws, regulations and the company's mandate.• Coordinate, liaise and handle related matters with government agencies including the OIC, SEC, BOT and relevant external source.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Laws, Business Administration, or related fields.• At least 2 years of experience in Legal and Investment.• Fluent in both written and spoken English.• Analytical thinking, operation planning, controlling, monitoring, evaluation, communication, and coordinating skills with various departments and outsiders.• Good knowledge in capital market, money market, law and regulation related to capital investment.• Ability to work as a team, responsible and circumspect.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
