What you will do:• Be the protégé and padawan of the CEO/Chief Engineer.• Experience the broadest spectrum of work, from shadowing CEO in technical challenges projects & meetings—with a core focus on engineering design & manufacturing–to hands-on problem-solving tasks for every team-->from tech, manufacturing to commercial.
What your day feels like:• Real late-night work (sometimes), work time is flexible but your mind will be always-on• Eat the data as your breakfast, lunch and supper.• Lead and support the engineering team in data search & problem-solving—under the direction of the CEO• Read, track and analyze S-1 filing, and annual/quarterly reports of NASDAQ-listed companies, learn from their mistakes and achievements and translate them into strategy.• Work with CEO in technical cost analysis and modeling for investor meetings• Keep eyes open for competitor radar and what’s going on within the industry (globally).• Be hands-on in finding a solution (both desktop & field research) + getting hands-dirty.• Support the commercial team in launching the new product• Support brand operation team in product launch events• Fix things or accelerate the way how can we fix things, go find a way to solve it• Any tasks that CEO assigned to make everything runs faster and cheaper, everyone works smarter + happier• Hands-on in finding a solution (both desktop & field research) + getting hands-dirty with team and squad(Production, Engineering) to solve problems that CEO challenges the team to conquer and achieve• Talk to lots of people from blue-collar to high-level: from operators, suppliers, vendors, KOLs, celebrities, distributors, consumers, landlords, government officials, investors, high net-worth individuals, economic development boards, bankers, or even the minister both domestically and globally.
Qualifications• B.E. in Engineering, top of the class in leadership area with extensive & proven extra curriculum activities• 0-4 years of work experience• Fluent in English• Humble but daring• If your GPA is below 2.5, you’ll need to show what rockstar achievements outside the classroom you have. Otherwise, we can’t evaluate your profile.• Hungry to learn everything as much as you can, every minute and every hours that you are awake (if you’re looking for 9-5 or completely unplugged after 7pm, this place is not for you)• The one who reads or listens a lot and can do things that the school or your engineering degree hasn’t taught you• Keen to count the number of hours of work per week and believe in hitting 80-100 hours per week (like what Elon Musk did) as a challenge• Fast reader + Ultimate quick learner + Deep diver and super SHARP• Want to make a dent in the universe or be the one who’s looking for the real PURPOSE to live your life• Looking to start something yourself as founder/co-founder in the future• Thai nationality or hold a permanent resident card to work in Thailand
What will happen after 3 years?• If you can survive 3-years program, you’re more than qualified to step up into any role that suits you in our team, if you decide to stay 😎• But if you are keen to go out and start something (which we expect you to do so in the future, that's why we call this role Future Founder 😏), what you will carry with you are a Swiss-army knife-brain and hands, packed with the network of investors, advisors and connections that will accelerate you when you want to build something yourself.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
