Job Description :• Lead the people service function at SOCW• Oversee People, admin and related support services.• Collaborate with BU leaders at SOCW to align people strategies with local needs.• Ensure effective delivery of People services, including data management, payroll & attendance, welfare and general administration at SOCW• Contact the Local government as required.• Assist in coordinating events, activities, and initiatives.
