Responsibilities :• Approach and establish connection with new Influencer related to the industry or product category on daily bases (from Nano/Micro influencer to Mega KOL or Celebrities).• Select Influencer from Approached KOL and negotiate with influencer to generate content for selected product/brand.• Ensure influencers selected can generate results on objective provided by management team or branding team (example: GMV, engagement, awareness)• Provide KOL performance report on monthly bases (including approached influencer, partnered influencer and actual performance).• Liaising with the branding team and Konvy TikTok team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that works on TikTok channel.
Qualifications :• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economic, or Management Studies.• Able to communicate in Thai & English.• 1 year of experience within influencer marketing or social media industry• Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving.• Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.• Strong connections with creators and creator agencies are preferred.• Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.• Openness and the capacity to pick up new ideas and procedures fast.• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills• Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
