Job Description :• Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with Top marketplace sellers/owners and representatives• Oversee assigned top accounts, including negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders• Evaluate, forecast and track key account metrics• Provide in-depth insight on assigned sellers to Category Managers / Team Leads in order to execute overall category strategies in line with the brand's goals• Prepare reports on account status Requirements :• Fluent Chinese and excellent written and spoken English skills (certified minimum HSK 4 if any)• E-commerce experiences• Bachelor or Master Degree in BBA or related fields• 2-5 years experienced in Key Account, Merchandiser, Business Development would be a plus• Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills• Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person• Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
