About The Team
The Regulatory Report Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by reviewing and understanding regulatory letters, escalating cases, and coordinating with both external and internal teams. This role involves data analysis, preparing materials for projects and ad-hoc assignments, and generating weekly team reports to identify trends and provide insights. Additionally, the supervisor will oversee staff and manage overall team objectives and key results (OKRs)
Job Description :• Review regulatory letter, understand requirements and proceed according to the requirements from regulators• Escalate case and reach out to external teams to complete according to the requirements• Coordinate with internal teams to proceed with policy alignment, process update, other escalation• Work on data analysis, prepare materials, summarize and present for projects, or ad-hoc assignments• Work on team weekly report, update trend, raise, call out the insight and provide solutions• Be a senior role in the team to supervise staffs and overview overall team OKRs
Requirements :• Bachelor degree• New graduate or has related work experience in government, regulatory management, legal document process• Able to overview the team process, monitor team target, and work on project-based assignments• Self-motivated, take ownership and be able solve problems• Comfortable with very detailed and high accuracy required tasks• High responsibility, patience and can work under pressure• Interested in laws, legal documentation and regulatory policy• Have SQL skill is a plus.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
