Job Scope :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Manager in various marketing activities, managing P&L, preparing reports, and planning budgets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for beauty and cosmetics, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :• Marketing Management: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.• Product Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product life cycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.• P&L Management: Monitor and manage the brand’s profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.• Reporting: Prepare and analyze regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.• Budget Planning: Assist in the preparation and management of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial plans.• Brand Strategy: Support the Senior Brand Manager in the development and implementation of long-term brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market share.• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and opportunities for product innovation.• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging.• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution of marketing initiatives.• Vendor Management: Liaise with external agencies and vendors to coordinate marketing activities and ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
Qualifications :• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.• 2-4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry, Digital marketing agency• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.• Proficiency in Chinese or English will be an advantage; Welcome both Thai or Chinese nationalities.
