TasksA *2-year* FUTURE FOUNDER Program will make you a Swiss army knife founder with a crash course on everything you need to know and to be before going out and starting something yourself with a chance to experience beyond South East Asia ecosystem.
You will learn that the real job of founders is not the one who does flashy jobs presenting on the stage or getting on a magazine cover. But it's the way you build the strategy on how to grow, pivot and launch the brand; Initiate the vision of how to lower the cost and optimize the profits in every pinch of salt possible; Accelerate growth and make our customers love and go crazy about what we do.

What you will do:• Be the protégé of the CEO and the Padawan for the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), be involved in all commercial-related decisions.• Experience all commercial-related work, from shadowing the our CCO to business meetings, investor pitches to consumer work, store check and brand building from Day 1.• Be the project manager for the Commercial team ranging from brand building, marketing campaigns (from finding insights, asset creations to execution and evaluations), product launch to day-to-day problems that the brand builder faces every day.
What your day feels like:• Real late-night work (sometimes), work time is flexible but your mind will be always-on.• Consumer obsession is key. All decisions and recommendations backed by data.• Have eyes for beauty - find a way to create brand love and fanboys.• Well-rounded in business, not just marketing but numbers too - Read, track, and analyze S-1 filing, and annual/quarterly reports of NASDAQ-listed companies, learn from their mistakes and achievements and translate them into strategy.• Keep eyes open for competitor radar and what’s going on within the industry (globally).• Track VC, CVC investment movements regionally and globally.• When things go wrong (which they will), go find a way to solve it.• Any tasks that the CEO/CCO assigns to make everything run faster and cheaper, everyone works smarter + happier.• Be hands-on in finding a solution (both desktop & field research) + getting hands-dirty.• Talk to lots of people from blue-collar to high-level: from operators, suppliers, vendors, KOLs, celebrities, distributors, consumers, landlords, government officials, investors, high net-worth individuals, economic development boards, bankers, or even the minister both domestically and globally.
RequirementsQualificationsMin. Bachelor in Business/Marketing or related fields, top of the class in the leadership area with extensive & proven extracurricular activities:
• 0-4 years of work experience.• Can-do attitude, whatever it takes to get the job done with excellences.• Multi-tasking, independent, fast learner.• English: Close to native, Spanish/Chinese is a plusHumble but daring.• Hungry to learn as much as you can, every minute of every hour that you are awake (if you’re looking for a 9-5 or to completely unplug after 7 pm, this place is not for you).• Flexible to travel abroad on short notice.
