Job Description• Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment since getting job requirement, sourcing, screening, conduct an interview, candidate selection until hiring process• Coordinate to Transports Office (Ayuthaya) for all HR concerns, recruitment process, support interviewing session for all vacancies and follow up all required documentations for hiring process• Maintain all recruitment procedure to be updated• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations• Coach team member to run both recruitment operation and project activities properly and effectively• Perform other assignments from direct supervisor Qualifications• Bachelor's or higher in any related fields• At least 3 years in handling recruitment and training function, with a background in Logistics Business is advantage.• Fluent in communication both Thai and English• High job commitment and high job responsibility• Maturity with good interpersonal and influencing skills, effective communication with people from different cultures and levels• Self-motivated, able to work under stress• High Self-confident with good convincing ability• Good following up skill and reporting skill• Working carefully and can manage the work priorityอ่านเพิ่มเติม
