Responsibilities :• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.• Create high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, LINE, and LinkedIn.• Write website content, blogs, articles, and other forms of digital content to educate, inform, and engage our audience.• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data insights and translate complex information into easily understandable and shareable content.• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to our website.• Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools to identify trends, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and data analytics.• Develop gated content such as whitepapers, case studies, and e-books to generate leads and support sales efforts.• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing campaigns.• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia content that enhances engagement and user experience.
Qualifications :• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in a B2B or technology-related industry.• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar and punctuation.• Strong understanding of content marketing principles, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.• Ability to interpret data and analytics to optimize content performance and drive desired outcomes.• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and adapt to changing trends.• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.• Fluency in both English and Thai languages is preferred.
